Ezedube Eze embodies this statement in every way. As our Senior Executive Director at Annandale Healthcare Center, Eze’s priorities remain the same from when he first found his passion for long-term care. His role at the building is not just a career, but a calling.

Like many of our other CHS employees, Eze spent a lot of time growing up in and out of nursing facilities to visit his grandparents and support his family. It was from here that Eze discovered his passion for helping others in a similar position. He found a personal connection in long-term care

because of the opportunity to directly impact and change the lives of others on a day-to-day basis through every action. After graduating from Penn State’s Health and Policy Administration program, Eze spent his time through nearly every area of the long-term industry––from memory care, activities, volunteering, and everything in between. His experience in every aspect of the long-term care industry has instilled the immense sense of pride and passion we strive to provide in our service to residents and their families day-in and day-out.

Our CommuniCare mantra is “serving with pride.” This is a testament to the unique passion and sense of empathy we hold both individually and collectively as an organization. Serving with pride goes beyond the advocacy and passion we hold for our residents and their families, but to the communities in which we so proudly serve. Community stewardship has remained at the forefront of our philosophy and we’re excited to continue growing and working directly with the diverse Annandale community. We are proudly associated with the Annandale Chamber of Commerce and work side-by-side with other community advocates in becoming a top provider of passionate senior care in the Annandale community.

When discussing community stewardship, Eze recalls a comment that has resonated with the Annandale team to this very day. He mentioned that a colleague years ago asked about a community service project that he and some others did. In mentioning this, his colleague asked: “did you ask what the community needed before?” Eze brought this same question to the Annandale Healthcare team at his 2017 arrival and it’s remained the number one question since.
