Ronald McDonald House® Northern VA

The Ronald McDonald House is a home-away-from-home for families of critically ill children receiving medical care from one of our nearby hospitals. The Ronald McDonald House allows families who are a far distance from home to stay in a comfortable environment close to their child. We understand the importance of keeping the family strong through times of crisis.
The Ronald McDonald House continues to need volunteers to help us on a daily basis. Lend a hand…make a difference. Volunteers are especially needed on weekdays at the Northern VA Ronald McDonald House. We are located on the campus of Inova Fairfax Hospital. Our shifts are 9am to 1pm, 1pm to 4pm, and 4pm to 6pm. Activities include working the reception desk, phones, hospitality, processing supplies and donations, giving tours, mailings, simple computer tasks.
