The main goal of the Annandale Chamber of Commerce is to bolster and safeguard the interests of the Annandale Business Community. We actively participate in the effort to revitalize the Annandale Central Business District supporting comprehensively planned mixed use development. We wish to encourage additional retail expansion and diversification. We provide scholarship money to three deserving Annandale students each year and promote numerous programs to benefit the youth in our area. We also participate regularly in beautification efforts throughout Annandale in order to encourage and support good architecture, additional landscaping, removal of overhead wires, and litter clean up. Annandale could easily be left behind in this period of anticipated business growth, becoming nothing more than a crossroad between the quickly developing business communities in Springfield and Bailey’s, Alexandria and Fairfax Corner.
